As coaches we are blessed to work with our clients everyday. However, sometimes clients can come along that aren’t always the best match for us. You know the ones I’m talking about...you cringe everytime you see their email in your inbox or their number on your phone.
One of the best parts of being your own boss if that you get to decide who you work with. So, the question is, should you fire that client? Should you really say ‘no’ to your customer?
