1 Tip To Triple Your Productivity (it’s not what you think!)

As busy self-help coaches running households, businesses and a life, it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. 

It’s important for us to know the best strategies of how to effectively use our time so we can work smarter, not harder, right? :) 

In fact, I did a previous post on 3 Ways To Increase Your Productivity & Maximize Your Time that will be a great addition to this post if you haven’t seen it yet, or need a refresher. 

Well, this month I finally learned a lesson on a new level that I have been practicing somewhat on and off over the last year or two. Once I learned it I realized, ‘WOW, this literally triples productivity!’

Those are some great tips! As a great writer, you certainly help others getting into flow.

I love the point about making an appointment with yourself and not viewing it as wasted time. It's definitely not wasted time. Everyone deserves leisure time to just be. :)

Great post, Jennifer! Yes, that Christa Steeves is wise. :) This is a very important message for us type A overachievers wh want to change the world... we really need to take a break (regularly) in order to create the space for juicy content and inspired thought to come in. I take walk in nature and meditate regularly and have actually put it in my calendar as part of my daily routine (I had to do this initially in order to keep the appointment with myself, treat it as a priority, and not think of that as "wasted" time). My happy writing space has always been Chapters and, just this week, I experienced this "triple productivity" as I hammered out an enormous amount of work in 3 hours. Love it!!! Thanks, as always, for sharing your insights. Christa is not the only wise one ;)
