I was inspired to do this video because I often hear from coaches and entrepreneurs about having too many things on their plate. There’s a thousand and one projects happening and it can be very difficult to figure out how to finish them without the right habits in place to support that. As well, when you always have 'too much to do', it can easily cause you to get into overwhelm, frustration and stress. We all know that they are not good for business.
